I have added a simple base plate/flipping plate measuring approx 14.5 inch in diameter to my collection of cake tools after many requests.Like the ganache plates is also has a 5mm hole in the centre and can be used just as a base whilst you are decorating . It will make it easier and give you confidence to flip over you cake when used in conjunction with The Big or Little smoothie it will help them glide making it easier to smooth your cake and create perfect sharp edges
