Elite scraper II

I designed the original elite scraper after seriously burning my fingers on a metal scraper whilst ganaching a cake.

The new Elite II scraper has been improved by using a 5mm thickness acrylic making it more robust , less chance of damage and has a fantastic 45 degree angle bevelled edge to help you achieve a perfect smooth finish every time. It is 10 inches tall and now in beautiful pink clear glass acrylic and also comes with a shaped handle to make it more comfortable to hold whilst smoothing your cake. Suitable for left or right hand use.

NO more burning your hands on metal scrapers, no need to hot scrape, food safe, strong 3mm thickness , versatile,  and measures 10 inches tall.

Wash in warm water – NOT dishwasher proof
