The frontage in a 3 mm to help glide smoothly round the cake and the 90 degree right angle base and handle being made of 5mm acrylic to give it extra strength and help create a sharp edge .Suitable for all cake makers at any level, it will help you achieve a sharp edge and smooth finish round any fondant covered cake
